Refund policy

General Policy:

• You can exchange jewelry within 14 days of purchase for another piece of equal or greater value, store credit, or a gift certificate.
• The original receipt must accompany all exchanges.
• Custom orders are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders or altered pieces, including ring re-sizing.
• Store credit cannot be used on special orders.

• We do not offer any warranties.
• Antique items are not eligible for exchange.
• We do not provide free repairs.
